TINYpulse Interview with Mike Atema!
David shared that he was blown away by the transparency and outstanding results that our pulses have shown. In the interview, David asks Mike about our "Manager Month" theme in May, where all of our feedback questions (pulses) revolved around our leadership team.
Through COVID-19, Altek Supply, and our leadership team wanted to ensure that every employee received the support they needed while we continued to strengthen our culture, skills, and evolve. Communication has been one of our main focuses through COVID; our leadership team has put a lot of time and energy into it, and we are happy to see our survey responses that reinforce our hard work.
We are very proud of our team, we are always welcoming and encouraging feedback on opportunities for improvement, but we also think it’s important to celebrate our wins.
